摘要：PURPOSE:To lower power loss and to improve the reliability, by providing apositive feedback circuit and lapping a switching pulse over a signal for controllingON/OFF operation of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:A switching regulator 1comprises a switching circuit 2, a smoothing circuit 4 and a voltage comparing circuit 6. Apositive feedback circuit 8 for differentiating a, switching pulse outputted from a
switching transistor(Tr1) and lapping the switching pulse over a control signal is provided.The positive feedback circuit 8 connects the bases of transistors Tr1 and Tr2 through acapacitor C2. Consequently, ON/OFF operation of Tr1 is made sharp, switching transitiontime is shortened and rower loss due to inner impedance of components is reduced.
