The apparatus comprises a pair ofhorizontally opposed or symmetrically disposed inlets (371c; 371d; 371e; 37If)communicating with a single outlet (373c; 373d; 4373e,- 373f) the outlet (373c; 373d;4373e; 373f ) disposed vertically downwards.
