摘要：A conveyor belt roller bearing is sealed against ambient dust. The bearing has aroller mantle (1) which is supported on both sides by a roller axle (4), a bearing holder (2)and roller bearing (3). The roller axle has a circular groove (16) and circlip. A sealingsystem, which holds the closure (14) cap, is applied to the roller axle before the circlip isfitted. The sealing system consists of a labyrinth of a number of individual rings (7-9)linked by a clip. There are air passages (17,18) between the inner space of the conveyorbelt roller and the ambient air. An O-ring (20) is positioned between the bearing holderand the rings.
