教材分析：
本模块谈论的是爱好， 该主题是新课标中的第六个话题， 以“ Do you collect anything?”为单元标题吸引学生们的注意力，让学生展开想象与讨论。
该话题贴近学生们的生活，受到学生们的喜爱，有利于学生掌握知识。
本单元对话主要讲述贝蒂和托尼到玲玲家做客，欣赏了玲玲收藏的扇子，
然后开展了关于爱好的交流和讨论。这三名学生都介绍了共同的爱好—收藏。对
话内容回答了 what,where,why 等问题，为语言输出做好了准备。
教学目标:
知识目标： Be able to remember the new words and phrases ,such as stamp ,tidy up, take up…
技能目标： Be able to understand and talk about hobbies with others.
情感态度目标：Through talking about hobbies, develop your own healthy hobbies.
教学重难点:
1 词汇和短语如 collect，collection, take up, tidy up 等的使用。2 用英语谈论爱好相关的话题。 教学过程
Step 1 Warming-up
Let the students think about and answer the two questions:
1 What’s your hobby? 2 Why do you like it?
Show them an example; let the students to talk about other pictures in class. Then let the students guess the teacher’s hobby,
The teacher shows them her collections of notes, stamps and postcards. Then lead to the title of Unit 1. Do you collect anything?

收藏的短语的学习，为后面的对话学习、操练做好准备。通过教师分享自己的收
藏品，引起学生的学习兴趣，并引入本单元的主题)
Step 2 lead in 1 )Revision
Review the words of this unit. Let the students read the new words together, then ask some of them to stand up and speak out the words.
2 ) Ask the students two questions as following: Do you collect anything? What do you collect? Then show the students some
pictures of things people collect. Ask them to say it out.
(设计意图：通过单词复习以及图片学习新单词，为第一部分的听力做好铺垫) Step3 While-listening The Short dialogue
1. Listen to the tape and complete the chart.
Tony Tony ’s mum Tony ’s dad Tell students they are going to listen to a recording and match the people to the pictures of the things they collect. Check the answers in class.
2. Listen again and answer the three questions.
1） What does Tony’s mum want him to do?
2) Which hobby does Tony think is expensive?
3) Which hobby do you think takes up the most space? The Long dialogue
Lingling and her friends are talking about collecting things. Listen and read. Finish the following tasks. 1 Listen and complete the notes.
Lingling’s hobby: Betty’s hobbies: Tony’s hobby: 2 listen to the dialogue again and answer the three questions. 1)Why do people often give Lingling fans as presents? 2) How many stamps has Betty collected?
3) Why does Tony collect old tickets?
Firstly, let the students read the questions aloud and translate them. Then listen to the record and take notes. After listening, ask students to check the answers with their group members. At last, check the answers in class. Step 4 Post-listening
1let the students Watch the video of the long dialogue and ask them to read after it. Pay attention to the pronunciation of the new words and phrase.

熟读对话，记忆知识点
Firstly, let students read in groups, then perform in the class. Step 5 language points
1 work in groups, read the dialogue and find out the prases. Check the answers and then let the stuents remember them.
2 learn the meaning and usage of the prases such as a bit of , a bit, tidy up, take up and something important. Then considate the knowledge through the exercise.

Step 6 Speaking
Firstly, use the brainstorming; let the students speak out as many hobbies as possible.
Secondly, ask the students to make a dialogue like this: A:Excuse me. What’s your hobby? B:I like collecting stamps . A: Why do you enjoy your hobby ? B: Because they can make me happy. A：When did you start doing it? B: when I was eight years old.
Then ask some groups to stand up and show their dialogue in class.

进行语言输出。锻炼口语水平和语言组织能力。同时锻炼同学们的合作
能力。）
Step 7 summary
Summarize what we learned this class:
1 New words and phrases such as stamp, tidy up, take up and so on.
2 Talking about hobbies with others. 3 Learn to develop our own hobbies.
