The Points for Attention
I. The permanent residence booklet is of legal validity to prove the condition of citizen's identity and the relations among family members, and a main basis for the permanent residence register organization to conduct investigation and check of the registered permanent residence. When the staff of permanent residence register organization is conduction investigation and check of the registered permanent residence, the head of a household or the member of this household shall actively hand in the permanent residence booklet and have it checked.
II. The head of the household shall carefully keep this permanent residence booklet. Any alteration, transfer, or lending of this booklet without permission is prohibitive. If in any condition this booklet is lost, an immediate report to the permanent residence register organization is a must.
III. The right to register permanent residence shall belong to permanent residence register organization, any other organization or individual is forbidden to make any record in the permanent residence booklet.
IV. If member in this household has any change or the recorded matter has any alteration, this household shall go to the permanent residence register organization and apply for a register, carrying this permanent residence booklet. V. If the whole household has moved out of the jurisdiction area, the household shall hand in this permanent residence booklet to the permanent residence register organization and apply for a write off of this booklet.
