Task:Blacklist

任务:黑名单

Objectives:At the end of this session Reservation Sales associates will be aware of

those individuals, parties, companies or entities that are considered undesirable and may jeopardize the interest or cause loss to the hotel know how to handle this situation and familiar the reason why they are on the blacklist.

目的:课程结束的时候预订部销售文员应知晓某些个人,团体和个人

被认为是不受欢迎,可能会损坏酒店利益,并知道如何处理这种

情况和为什么他们在黑名单上。

 

Standard Reservation Sales associates will be constantly advised by the Credit Manager of those individuals, parties, companies or entities that are considered undesirable.

  1. Upon approval by the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and the Financial Controller, the Credit Manager will produce and maintain a current list of those undesirable individuals, parties, companies and entities. The most updated list will be copied to Reservation Sales Department periodically.
  2. Those on the list will be designated as such in the special field of the guest profile in Fidelio by the Credit Manager only. Acceptance of reservation requests for and from the listed will be subject to approval by the Hotel Manager or the General Manager.

通知预订部销售文员。

Who know what is meaning of blacklist? 有谁知道黑名单是什么意思?

 

Show steps on prepared flipchart. Explain reason for each step. Ask trainees to comment and question on each step.

将所有程序的主要内容事先写在准备好的白板纸上,逐步作以讲解,在讲解过程中要不时请学员发表建议并提问。

 

Demonstrate how to check if guest is on the blacklist in the Oprea. Refer back to flipchart and review / discuss each step.

在带有Oprea终端的电脑中展示怎样查看客人是否在黑名单上,讲解步骤,作展示之后,回顾白板纸上的内容,并讨论每一个步骤。
